1 Day Mount Buller Snow Tour

Absolutely perfect day trip to Lake Mountain, our guide was so passionate and helpful, and the stops along the way at the bakery, waterfall and chocolate were a really nice addition. Plenty of time in the snow. Great day out, thank you!!

I had an incredible experience on the Great Ocean Road tour, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Craig. His knowledge and genuine appreciation for the incredible landscapes and wildlife made every stop more meaningful, and because it’s a long day on the road, I really appreciated how easy he was to chat with along the way. I was lucky enough to sit in the front captain’s seat, which was an absolute blast with the panoramic views out of both windows—it made the journey even more memorable!Craig also went above and beyond to help us spot wildlife, taking the time to find kangaroos and other native animals while always being respectful of their natural habitat. Most importantly, I felt incredibly safe throughout the entire trip. He gave clear instructions at every stop, drove smoothly and confidently, and made the long drive genuinely enjoyable. I can get nervous riding in large vehicles and am prone to motion sickness, but not once did I feel stressed or nauseous. It was such a calm, comfortable, and seamless journey from start to finish. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Melbourne, and if you’re lucky enough to have Craig as your guide, you’re in for a fantastic day!

Good experience doing The great ocean road tour in Victoria from Melbourne. We stopped to beautiful places and see wild Kangaroos and koalas, it was a nice experience and the guide explained us many interesting things during the tour. I truly recommend it!

This tour, although only 3 days was amazing. Hosted through Get Lost Travel, who supplied the driver Craig, who did everything to keep us informed about the sites we visited and to give the group the best experience. It's a busy tour, visiting many sites, but we saw so much and learnt a lot about the area. Accomodation was well organised and meals provided value for money. Would recommend this trip to anyone wanting a flavour of the Victoria area, outside of Melbourne.

This tour was not what I expected. We were not taken to the spot which was advertised and even the day before the tour we were messaged and not told that we were going to a different place. We also didn’t seem emus which seem to be guaranteed in the tour description. I understand that wildlife is unpredictable but this should be mentioned because if not people just assume they will be taken to some reservation or something. Also our guide didn’t put much effort into us seeing wildlife and wasn’t very fun. Most of the information he gave was on a bus through a speaker That we could hardly hear at all as it was so unclear and he just spoke about Melbourne and the CBD and some other information that didn’t seem very relevant to our nature tour. no tea and snacks were provided as the guide forgot them, he did buy everyone an ice cream instead. It just felt that we didn’t get anything that was actually advertised. On the walks the guide didn’t explain anything. On one of the tours he just made us walk by ourselves as he had to stay back with some other people that were having dificultes. Not recommended.i would like to request a refund or a voucher for a better experience

If you want to see Koalas on the Great Ocean Road tour- book with a different company! We booked to do the Great Ocean Road Tour in reverse, as it sounded perfect that you would still get to do the same tour, but with less crowds (sounds ideal - it was far from this). The main reason I booked this tour was to be able to see the famous Koalas on the Great Ocean Road, and I was extremely let down by this company for an opportunity to do this. The first half of the tour was good, we got to see all the highlight spots (12 Apostles, The Razorback and the rainforest walk). I overheard our guide (Mark) say to another group of guests ‘we don’t make stops for wildlife on this tour’ - I spoke to him afterwards to ask when we would be making stops for Koalas, as on our way to lunch, there were other tour groups stopped at the side of the road looking at Koalas and all Mark could do was ‘slow down’ so that we could see. He was not considerate enough to stop for 5 minutes so that the group could see a Koala (my boyfriend is colour blind, and he was driving way too fast for me to be able to see this Koala). When I asked about future stops (as stated on the companies website for the itinerary after lunch), Mark said we had no time, so I asked if we were able to just stop for 5 minutes as the other companies did so that we could have a Quick Look at the Koalas. Mark then told me that what the other companies were doing was illegal (I’m not from Australia, but I find it very hard to believe the other companies would risk pulling over to view Koalas if it was illegal). We also didn’t get an adequate time to stop for dinner, and then to make the matter even worse, we arrived back in Melbourne at 7:30pm (an hour earlier than stated on the website) so we did ‘have time’ to look at koalas but it appeared to me that our guide simply couldn’t be bothered to stop and look and clearly wanted to be home earlier on this day.. I emailed the company on 31/01 my frustrations and have still not had a response - hence why I have posted this review.

Spectacular! As an American, we refer to LeBron James as the greatest athlete of all time (GOAT) in his respective field. Little did I know there was another goat James serving as a tour guide in Melbourne Australia! James was an amazing guide, very quippy, provided lots of relevant historical information in such a fun, easily understandable way and also seemed quite sensible and caring over the 30+ guests that he oversaw. The sightseeing was also spectacular, we spotted koalas, ate great food recommended by James (who is an ex-chef with great taste) and the other sights were stunningly beautiful. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Australia!

Anthony was an amazing guide, providing information of the area and also spotting wildlife. The tea, coffee and tim tams were a nice touch. Just wondering that instead of having the tour end late back in Melbourne for the Grampian’s tour, could the lunch be a takeaway instead so that there could be more time in the Grampians or reaching back to the city earlier?

Did the Great Ocean road tour with Joe. He was fantastic!!! So knowledgeable and friendly. The scenery is breathtaking. And we also got to spot some wildlife along the way as well. It was definitely the highlight of my Melbourne trip. Highly recommend!

Great experience. We went to the peninsula hot springs. Pick up was on time, bus was clean, guide was very informative and stopped off at a few viewing points on the way back into Melbourne (Arthur’s seat, safety beach for the beach boxes). Loved the tour and would recommend doing it 🙂 thank you!

Great tour. We saw a lot different landscapes in 3 days going from Adelaide to Melbourne. Our driver/tour guide: »Benny » was very knowledgeable, funny and excellent. The whole group was very nice. The accommodations were confortable.

A wonderful time seeing penguins and koalas I went on the phillips island tour 30/11 and had an amazing time. Our guide Lauren was great, super nice, funny and knowledgeble. The bus ride from melbourn was a bit long but made good with addiquent stops. Both the koala reserve and penguin parade was amazing,, although the penguins are the higlight of my trip.A trip to phillip island is a must for any visiting Melbourne.

Do yourself a favor and book with this company! If you can, request Tomas as your guide “Tom Cat” for the 12 Apostls Great Ocean Road tour from Melbourne! We had an amazing adventure and learned a lot of history and information about the trees, flora and animals of Australia. We had more than enough time at each stop, never feeling rushed. Enjoy!

Had an amazing day exploring the Grampians with Autopia! It was a long trip, but totally worth it. The scenery was stunning, with plenty of wildlife and great stops along the way. A perfect way to escape Melbourne for a day and experience the beauty and Indigenous heritage of regional Victoria. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved having Vicky as our driver/guide for the day! She is super knowledgeable, friendly and energetic! I also couldn’t recommend the hot springs enough, it was the perfect way to relax while staying in Melbourne.

I did a tour of the Great Ocean Road with Mark as our guide, and it was absolutely wonderful! His knowledge of the area, passion for sharing it, and engaging storytelling made the whole experience unforgettable. We did the tour to the Peninsula Hot Springs and it was a beautiful day for us. Our tour guide Vicky was just lovely as she shared many interesting facts about Melbourne and the Hot Springs while driving the bus. On our way back home she did a stop at the beautiful Murrays Lookout and we had the chance to see the city from the very top. I can highly recommend this tour and especially with Vicky! 🙂

The tour was great. Lots of driving but that’s expected since it’s a bit far from Melbourne. Tomas was so knowledgeable and had great little fun facts in every moment, loved that and seeing someone care for the environment.

Belle journée avec Craig et Barry 🤣🤣au volant et aux commentaires très efficace Un petit bémol mais ça ils n'y peuvent rien avec un temps en fin de journée un peu pourri. Il nous manquait juste les koalas et la journée aurait été merveilleuse. Peut-être rentrer un peu plus tôt pour finir la journée en apothéose sur Saint Kilda et le couché de soleil sur Melbourne avec les Little penguins A noter beaucoup de route

Was not expecting a great adventurer but it was a great adventure ☺️. Really enjoyed the sightseeing and knowing more about Melbourne and got video and pics of the grey kangaroo too. Tq Craig and Barry(the platypus).

The Phillip’s Island tour to see the Penguin Parade and Koala Sanctuary was amazing! Our tour guide, Tomas, did a fantastic job! The penguins were absolutely incredible and quite unbelievable! They trek from the ocean to their burrows to feed their chicks everyday. A must see tour while in Melbourne!
