We may from time to time have to pass your details onto our agents, service providers or other suppliers to enable us to deliver our service. Respax Australia: Respax is a reservations system that collects your Personal Data which is stored and used solely for the purpose of managing your travel bookings. Our reservations consultants access your Personal Data in the completion of their day to day tasks. The Personal Data collected and stored is:

  • Your country of residence
  • A contact telephone number for you
  • The travel product you have booked or are enquiring about including the number of people you will travel with, in some cases the names of the other people you will travel with, the date of your travel, and the price of the travel product.
  • Any special travel requirements that you may provide voluntarily such as dietary requirements, fitness levels, medical conditions.

Additionally we also collect data from you via the following methods;

Display Advertising and Remarketing: We use the following Google Analytics Features: ‘Remarketing with Google Analytics’ and ‘Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting’. We do not sell information that you have submitted to us to any third party however we may from time to time pass your information onto one of our trusted contracted partners in order to assist us in delivering a part of your tour or service.

All payment information is collected by Secure Pay and is subject to their privacy policy.

Please understand that removing yourself from our databases may jeopardise our ability to provide you with your requested travel Services.
