Ever dreamt of experiencing the heartbeat of the Red Centre - cooking over a campfire, sleeping out under the stars in a swag with no-one for miles around except your friends or family?  With a Private Charter you can do exactly that but without all the logistical hassles and equipment needs that come with self drive.

Experience the beauty and vastness of the outback from the air conditioned luxury of a Land Rover Discovery or Toyota Landcruiser 4 Wheel Drive.  Take in the wonder of the 'Rock' with an Uluru tour (Ayers Rock tour) with the magnificent Kata Tjuta (The Olgas) close by. Perhaps a tour starting out along the stunning MacDonnell Ranges heading toward Palm Valley and the Finke River and then around the Mereenie Loop Road to Watarrka (Kings Canyon). These are the well known sights of the Red Centre but there are plenty of other hidden gems awaiting your discovery for those that want to escape into the wilderness.

We assist planning your menu and beverage requirements plus anything else you may require such as a helicopter flight over Uluru (Ayers Rock) or Watarrka (Kings Canyon) or a private tour of a remote cattle station such as Ambalindum or Kings Creek Stations. Your Private Charter can also be a combination of bush camping, Homestead or Resort accommodation. And so you don't feel completely cut off, we carry a satellite phone (cost of calls additional) so you can keep in touch with the world if need be, not to mention the added safety it affords with the remoteness.

We Cater to Large and Small Groups

We can cater for larger groups of up to 16 people in our large Mitsubishi Canter 4WD vehicles. We can also operate numerous vehicles in "tag-a-long" which enables even larger groups to get off the highway and into the hidden wonders that are the "ridgy didge" Australian Outback. School, Corporate and Specialty groups are also catered for.

Indigenous Experiences

If you're interested in meeting with some local Aboriginal people and experiencing some of their unique culture, we can include a visit to the Oak Valley Aboriginal Community on the Hugh River Stock Route south of Alice Springs. Here you can experience locally made artifacts and paintings, get a demonstration into the art of boomerang and spear throwing or learn about local bush tucker and ancient mythological stories of their land.

Aboriginal Hosts

If you would really like to get an in-depth insight into Aboriginal life and history then we have Aboriginal Hosts that can join our safaris. They get involved in the day-to-day operation - cooking traditional foods by traditional methods and sharing their knowledge of the bush, including the plants and animals that inhabit the land. They will also share cultural stories applicable to their area, talk about themselves, their life stories and experiences.

Helicopter Flights

Taking a helicopter flight is a fantastic way to get an understanding of the sheer magnitude of the Red Centre and experience its awe inspiring topography and colours. You can take a flight from Alice Springs and discover the ancient MacDonnell Ranges and its beautiful gorges and waterholes, or take a flight from Yulara and fly over Uluru and Kata Tjuta for a perspective not many get to see. You can also take a scenic flight over Watarrka (Kings Canyon) and surrounds from Kings Creek Station.
